GAZPACHO OF EDERKI WHITE PEACHES WITH MINT
Pour 4 personnes
Préparation : 5mn
- 1 jar of Ederki white peaches from southwest France
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- 25 cl water
- Drain the peaches in a colander, then chop them roughly into pieces, remove the pits.
- Mix the peaches with water and chill for at least 2 hours.
- At serving time, take the peach mixture out of the refrigerator, pour into 4 clear glasses and place a few mint leaves on top.
Serve well chilled!
