  • 12 Slices of bacon
  • 12 EDERKI apricot halves in syrup
  • 6 EDERKI Reine Claude plums

  Préparation Recette

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and place a piece of parchment paper on the baking rack.
  • Take the plums and apricots out of the jar and drain them for a few minutes in a colander.
  • Cut the slices of bacon in half width-wise.
  • Cut the whole plums in half and roll a plum half in a half-slice of bacon, width-wise. Hold in place with a toothpick.
  • Roll the apricot half directly in a half-slice of bacon, width-wise. Hold in place with a toothpick.
  • Repeat these steps to make as many bites as you want.
  • Place them on the oven tray, bake between 15 and 20 min, checking on them often.
  • Remove from oven, let cool 2 minutes prior to serving.
